Chính sách này mô tả cách ứng dụng và dịch vụ long4 — Chấm Công ("chúng tôi", "dịch vụ") thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn. Bằng việc sử dụng dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với chính sách này.This policy describes how the long4 — Time & Attendance app and service ("we", "the service") collect, use and protect your information. By using the service, you agree to this policy.

1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập1. Information we collect

Dịch vụ dành cho doanh nghiệp quản lý chấm công. Chúng tôi thu thập:The service is for businesses managing attendance. We collect:

• Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, email, số điện thoại, chức vụ/phòng ban, công ty bạn thuộc về, ảnh đại diện — do bạn hoặc quản trị công ty của bạn cung cấp.Account information: full name, email, phone number, position/department, the company you belong to, profile photo — provided by you or your company administrator.
• Dữ liệu chấm công: thời điểm vào/tan ca, vị trí GPS tại thời điểm chấm công, ảnh selfie (khi địa điểm yêu cầu), chế độ làm việc, ghi chú.Attendance data: clock-in/out times, GPS location at the moment of check-in, selfie photo (when the location requires it), work mode, notes.
• Thông tin thiết bị: mã định danh thiết bị (do ứng dụng sinh ra), tên/mẫu máy, hệ điều hành, mã thông báo đẩy (push token) — phục vụ ràng buộc thiết bị và gửi thông báo.Device information: device identifier (generated by the app), device name/model, operating system, push token — used for device binding and sending notifications.
• Dữ liệu nhân sự & lương (nếu công ty sử dụng): thông tin hợp đồng, lương, đơn từ — do quản trị công ty nhập.HR & payroll data (if the company uses it): contract, salary and request information — entered by the company administrator.

Chúng tôi không thu thập vị trí nền (chỉ lấy vị trí khi bạn chủ động mở app và bấm chấm công).We do not collect background location (we only read location when you actively open the app and tap to check in).

2. Mục đích sử dụng2. How we use information

• Ghi nhận và xác thực chấm công (chống gian lận: geofence, phát hiện GPS giả, đối chiếu ảnh).Record and verify attendance (anti-fraud: geofence, fake-GPS detection, photo comparison).
• Quản lý nhân sự, duyệt đơn, tính lương cho công ty của bạn.Manage staff, approve requests and run payroll for your company.
• Gửi thông báo liên quan công việc (đơn chờ duyệt, kết quả, nhắc chấm công).Send work-related notifications (pending approvals, results, check-in reminders).
• Bảo mật tài khoản (đăng nhập, đặt lại mật khẩu qua OTP, ràng buộc thiết bị).Account security (login, password reset via OTP, device binding).

3. Quyền trên thiết bị3. Device permissions

Vị tríLocation

Dùng để xác nhận bạn chấm công tại đúng địa điểm làm việc. Chỉ lấy khi bạn mở app và thực hiện chấm công (không theo dõi nền).Used to confirm you are checking in at the correct workplace. Only read when you open the app and perform a check-in (no background tracking).

CameraCamera

Dùng để chụp ảnh selfie xác nhận khi chấm công (nếu địa điểm yêu cầu).Used to take a selfie to confirm check-in (if the location requires it).

Thư viện ảnhPhoto library

Dùng để bạn chọn ảnh đại diện.Used to let you choose a profile photo.

Thông báoNotifications

Dùng để gửi thông báo công việc. Bạn có thể tắt trong cài đặt.Used to send work notifications. You can turn this off in settings.

Bạn có thể thu hồi các quyền này bất cứ lúc nào trong cài đặt hệ điều hành; một số tính năng sẽ không hoạt động nếu thiếu quyền tương ứng.You can revoke these permissions at any time in your operating system settings; some features will not work without the corresponding permission.

4. Face ID & dữ liệu khuôn mặt (sinh trắc học)4. Face ID & face data (biometrics)

Ứng dụng KHÔNG thu thập, tạo, lưu trữ hay truyền đi dữ liệu khuôn mặt (face data), mẫu sinh trắc học (faceprint) hay bất kỳ mã đặc trưng sinh trắc nào. Cụ thể:The app does NOT collect, create, store or transmit any face data, biometric templates (faceprint) or any biometric feature code. Specifically:

• Đăng nhập bằng Face ID / Touch ID (tuỳ chọn): Sử dụng khung LocalAuthentication của Apple. Toàn bộ việc quét và đối chiếu khuôn mặt/vân tay do hệ điều hành iOS thực hiện trong Secure Enclave trên chính thiết bị của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ nhận kết quả thành công/thất bại — không bao giờ nhìn thấy, nhận được hay lưu dữ liệu khuôn mặt. Khi bạn bật tính năng này, ứng dụng chỉ lưu thông tin đăng nhập của bạn vào Keychain được mã hoá phần cứng trên máy, mở khoá bằng sinh trắc; dữ liệu này không rời khỏi thiết bị và không gửi lên máy chủ.Face ID / Touch ID login (optional): Uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. All scanning and matching of the face/fingerprint is performed by the iOS operating system in the Secure Enclave on your own device. The app only receives a success/failure result — it never sees, receives or stores face data. When you enable this feature, the app only stores your login credential in the hardware-encrypted Keychain on the device, unlocked by biometrics; this data never leaves the device and is not sent to our servers.
• Ảnh selfie khi chấm công (chỉ khi địa điểm bật): Là ảnh chụp thông thường bằng camera trước để chủ doanh nghiệp/quản trị viên xác nhận trực quan rằng đúng người có mặt khi chấm công. Ứng dụng không chạy nhận diện khuôn mặt, không tạo faceprint và không đối chiếu sinh trắc trên ảnh này. Đây là dữ liệu ảnh, không phải dữ liệu sinh trắc học.Check-in selfie photo (only when the location enables it): This is an ordinary photo taken with the front camera so the business owner/administrator can visually confirm the right person was present when checking in. The app performs no facial recognition, creates no faceprint and does no biometric matching on this image. It is image data, not biometric data.
• Sử dụng & chia sẻ: Ảnh selfie chỉ dùng cho mục đích xác nhận chấm công, chỉ hiển thị cho quản trị viên công ty bạn thuộc về. Không dùng cho quảng cáo, không bán, không chia sẻ với bên thứ ba nào ngoài nhà cung cấp lưu trữ (Supabase) đóng vai trò xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt chúng tôi.Use & sharing: The selfie photo is used only to verify attendance and is shown only to administrators of the company you belong to. Not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with any third party other than our storage provider (Supabase) acting as a data processor on our behalf.
• Lưu giữ & xoá: Ảnh selfie được lưu như một phần bản ghi chấm công trong thời gian bạn còn sử dụng dịch vụ và theo yêu cầu quản lý của công ty; bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá qua quản trị công ty hoặc email hotro@long4.vn. Thông tin đăng nhập lưu cho Face ID bị xoá ngay khi bạn tắt tính năng hoặc gỡ ứng dụng.Retention & deletion: The selfie photo is stored as part of the attendance record for the duration of your use of the service and per your company's requirements; you can request deletion via your company administrator or the email hotro@long4.vn. The login credential stored for Face ID is deleted the moment you disable the feature or uninstall the app.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu5. Data sharing

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chấm công/nhân sự của bạn được chia sẻ với quản trị viên công ty mà bạn thuộc về để phục vụ quản lý. Chúng tôi sử dụng nhà cung cấp hạ tầng đáng tin cậy để vận hành dịch vụ:We do not sell personal data. Your attendance/HR data is shared with the administrators of the company you belong to for management purposes. We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service:

• Supabase — cơ sở dữ liệu, xác thực, lưu trữ ảnh.Supabase — database, authentication, image storage.
• Cloudflare — hạ tầng mạng & lưu trữ sao lưu.Cloudflare — network infrastructure & backup storage.
• Expo / Google / Apple — dịch vụ thông báo đẩy.Expo / Google / Apple — push notification services.
• Resend — gửi email (mã xác thực, thông báo).Resend — sending emails (verification codes, notifications).

Chúng tôi có thể tiết lộ thông tin nếu pháp luật yêu cầu.We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Lưu trữ & bảo mật6. Storage & security

Dữ liệu được mã hoá khi truyền (HTTPS) và cách ly theo từng công ty bằng cơ chế phân quyền dòng (RLS). Ảnh selfie lưu trữ có kiểm soát truy cập. Mật khẩu được băm; mã OTP được băm và có thời hạn. Chúng tôi lưu dữ liệu trong thời gian bạn còn sử dụng dịch vụ và theo yêu cầu quản lý của công ty bạn.Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and isolated per company using row-level security (RLS). Selfie photos are stored with access control. Passwords are hashed; OTP codes are hashed and time-limited. We retain data for as long as you use the service and per your company's management requirements.

7. Quyền của bạn7. Your rights

• Xem và cập nhật thông tin cá nhân trong app (một số trường do quản trị công ty quản lý).View and update your personal information in the app (some fields are managed by your company administrator).
• Yêu cầu xoá tài khoản/dữ liệu: liên hệ quản trị công ty của bạn hoặc email hotro@long4.vn.Request account/data deletion: contact your company administrator or email hotro@long4.vn.
• Tắt thông báo, thu hồi quyền thiết bị bất cứ lúc nào.Turn off notifications and revoke device permissions at any time.

8. Trẻ em8. Children

Dịch vụ dành cho người đi làm, không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.The service is for working people, is not directed at children under 16, and does not knowingly collect children's data.

9. Thay đổi chính sách9. Changes to this policy

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này; thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua ứng dụng hoặc email. Ngày cập nhật hiển thị ở đầu trang.We may update this policy; significant changes will be announced via the app or email. The update date is shown at the top of the page.
